Before Helpers Group, we were on the development side of travel management systems and short-stay platforms — the systems that handle bookings, calendars, housekeeping, owner statements, and the hundred small rules nobody notices until one breaks.
Back then, one module took a year
Requirements, specs, a team, testing, rework. By the time it shipped, the business had already moved on. That was nobody’s fault — it was simply what software cost.
AI changed the arithmetic
What used to take a team a year, we now build and put in a client’s hands in weeks. Not because the work got easier, but because AI removed most of the distance between an idea and a working thing. Plenty that was never worth building is worth building now.

We are not a general software house. We work in property, short-stay, restaurants and local retail — industries we have run ourselves. We know where the hours actually go, which is why we know what is worth automating. The rest is handing that capability to the people still doing it by hand.
